This exceptional lot comes from small family farms in the Gedeb region of Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia. The coffee cherries are hand-picked at peak ripeness and naturally processed, dried on raised beds under the Ethiopian sun for 15-20 days.
The natural processing method allows the coffee cherry's fruit to impart sweet, fruity flavors into the bean, creating the distinctive berry and floral notes that Yirgacheffe is famous for.
We're roasting this coffee light to preserve its delicate fruit-forward characteristics and complex floral aromatics. Perfect for pour-over, Chemex, or your favorite brewing method.
All pre-orders will be roasted starting November 28th and shipped on December 5th. You'll receive a tracking number via email.
Yes! During checkout you can select whole bean or choose from various grind options including espresso, drip, pour-over, French press, and cold brew.
Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund up until November 25th when orders close. After roasting begins, we cannot offer refunds but will replace any defective products.
